We are excited about the upcoming SCOG Event on Networking and the hands-on workshop on the spatial sequencing data analysis tool novoSpaRc.
This event aims to bring together single cell researchers from all research areas. In flash talks, the participants present their current projects, findings and challenges. In round table discussions (“Meet the Speakers”), solution ideas will be exchanged and new potential collaborations established.
The second focus of the event will be a hands-on workshop on novoSpaRc with a Keynote lecture by Mor Nitzan (Harvard University, US). The participants will be introduced to spatial gene expression analysis by the developers of the tool.
