We are excited about the upcoming SCOG Hackathon on ‘Spatial Transcriptomics’, organized by SCOG founding member Fabian Theis.

The hackathon will take place in Munich from March 17 to 18, 2020. The two-day event is aimed at computational biologists and bioinformaticians interested in analyzing spatial data and tackles some of the challenges that arise from the analysis of such data.
